No Wallet Information Storage: We do not store your wallet addresses, private keys, or any wallet-related information. All wallet interactions occur directly between your wallet and the blockchain.

Blockchain Data: All transactions on Generis Protocol occur on the Ethereum blockchain. While these transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain, they are pseudonymous and do not link directly to your identity. This includes buy transactions, refunds, dividend claims, and token transfers involving gUSDT, gXAUT, and gCNHT tokens. We may analyze blockchain activity to improve our ecosystem's services.

Non-Identifiable Usage Data: To improve platform performance and security, we may collect aggregated and anonymized data, such as error logs or usage statistics. This information does not contain any identifiable details and cannot be traced back to individual users.

Contract Detection Data: The protocol automatically detects and categorizes contract addresses (DEX pairs, routers, farms, bridges) to exclude them from dividend distributions. This detection is performed on-chain and does not store personal information about users.

Token Data: We may collect and display publicly available blockchain data related to Generis Tokens (gUSDT, gXAUT, gCNHT) and their backing assets (USDT, XAUT, CNHT from Tether). This includes circulation, reserves, and price information, all of which is publicly available on the blockchain.

Decentralized and Non-Custodial: Generis Protocol is entirely non-custodial, ensuring you retain full control over your private keys and assets. We never access or store your private keys or funds.

No Centralized Databases: As a decentralized ecosystem, we avoid storing user data on centralized servers, reducing vulnerabilities to breaches and ensuring your privacy remains intact.

End-to-End Transparency: All platform operations are transparent and verifiable through the Ethereum blockchain. This ensures trust and eliminates the need for opaque data handling practices.

EOA-Only Dividend Eligibility: The protocol automatically excludes contract addresses from dividend distributions, ensuring that only human users (EOAs) receive dividend rewards. This protects against DeFi exploits while maintaining privacy for individual users.

Backing Asset Privacy: While Generis Tokens are backed by Tether stablecoins (USDT, XAUT, CNHT), we do not have access to Tether's user data or reserves information. Tether's transparency information is publicly available on Tether's Transparency page.

Control Over Your Data: Since Generis Protocol does not collect your personal data, you maintain full control over your privacy.

Transparency: All transactions and operations in Generis Protocol are fully transparent and traceable on the blockchain, ensuring openness and accountability. This includes dividend distributions, fee applications, and contract interactions for all Generis Tokens (gUSDT, gXAUT, gCNHT).

Anonymity: You can participate in Generis Protocol without revealing your identity or linking your activity to personal information.

Access to Backing Asset Information: Information about Tether's reserves backing USDT, XAUT, and CNHT is publicly available on Tether's Transparency page. This transparency extends to the backing assets of Generis Tokens.

External Wallets and DEXs: Generis Protocol integrates with third-party wallets and decentralized exchanges (DEXs). While we prioritize privacy, interactions with these services may involve data collection by those platforms. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

Tether Operations Limited: Generis Tokens are backed by Tether stablecoins (USDT, XAUT, CNHT), which are issued by Tether Operations Limited.
